钢框架结构铰接节点适应差异沉降构造的可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 春之眼商业中心项目根据建设单位开发计划,需在塔楼结构封顶前提前封闭沉降后浇带。为防止两栋塔楼和裙楼产生的差异沉降在构件中产生较大的内力,对原沉降后浇带进行重新设计调整,将原设计方案中采用的单缝沉降后浇带调整为双缝,既满足了裙房建筑功能要求,又不会对结构产生损坏。 According to the development plan of the Eye of Spring Commercial Center project,the settlement post-grouting belt would be closed before capping of the tower structure.To avoid high internal force among components due to the different settlement of the two tower buildings and podium building,the original settlement post-grouting belt was redesigned to change the single joint settlement post-grouting belt into double joints.The functional requirements of podium building were satisfied and no damage was made to the structure.
