A Design Scheme of an Auto-test System for Test of Board Support Package

板级支持包的迭代过程中,存在着对回归测试的硬性要求。因此当板级支持包需要支持大量模件,且还处在迭代比较频繁的阶段时,引入自动化的测试工具和测试手段几乎是必然的。自动化测试系统可以支持频繁大量的回归测试,节省人工工作量,预防隐藏缺陷的产生,保证测试工作的稳定和可复现,可以大大提高板级支持包质量的可靠性和稳定性。针对对板级支持包的测试,给出一种自动测试系统的设计方案,并对具体模块给出设计思路和设计原则。

In the iterative process of the board support package,there are hard requirements for regression testing.Therefore,when the board support package needs to support a large number of modules,and it is still in the phase of frequent iterations,it is almost inevitable to introduce automated testing tools and testing methods.The auto-test system can support frequent and large numbers of regression tests,save manual workload,prevent hidden defects,ensure the stability and reproducibility of test work,and greatly improve the reliability and stability of the board support package quality.This paper provides a design scheme of an auto-test system for the test of the board support package,and gives design ideas and design principles for specific modules.
