摘要 针对传统箱式炉温控系统软硬落后自动化程度不高的特性,设计了一套以西门子S7-200 SMART、MCGS触摸屏为基础的自动升温箱式炉系统。对系统方案、设备选型、软件编程、HMI(Human Machine Interface)设计等环节进行了介绍,并通过实际生产运行验证该系统的稳定性和可靠性。结果表明,该系统能满足用户对于设备状态监控、曲线设置、报警提示和历史记录等关键功能需求。 In view of the backward hardware and software of the traditional box furnace temperature control system and the low degree of automation,an automatic temperature rising box furnace system based on Siemens S7-200 smart and MCGS touch screen is designed.This paper introduces the system scheme,equipment selection,software programming,HMI(human machine interface)design and other aspects,and verifies the stability and reliability of the system through the actual production operation.The results show that the system can meet the user’s requirements for key functions such as equipment status monitoring,curve setting,alarm and history recording.
