摘要
设计了一套放大器非线性失真研究装置,用于分析信号的失真度等参数。该装置由前置放大器、射极跟随器、后级放大电路、互补对称电路(Output Capacitor Less,OCL)、STM32单片机控制模块、光耦隔离等模块构成。首先,前级放大器放大信号,通过射极跟随器阻抗匹配,增大电流;其次,后级放大电路输出无明显失真、顶部失真、底部失真以及双向失真的波形;再次,OCL互补对称电路实现输出交越失真波形;最后,利用STM32单片机将模拟信号转为数字信号,计算总谐波失真近似值,并显示数据结果。理论计算结果与实际仿真结果一致。
A set of amplifier nonlinear distortion research device is designed to analyze the signal distortion and other parameters.The device consists of preamplifier,emitter follower,post amplifier circuit,Output Capacitor Less circuit,STM32 MCU control module and opt coupler isolation module.The signal is amplified by the front amplifier,and then the current is increased by the emitter follower impedance matching.Then,the waveform without obvious distortion,top distortion,bottom distortion and bidirectional distortion is output by the back stage amplifier circuit.The cross distortion waveform is output by OCL complementary symmetrical circuit.Finally,the analog signal is converted into digital signal by STM32 single chip microcomputer,and further calculated THD is approximate to THD,and various data are displayed.The theoretical calculating results are in accordance with the simulation results.
