配制酒是一种改变了其原有酒基风格的饮料酒,有着广阔的发展前景。配制酒检测工作对严把配制酒质量关、为消费者提供优质产品尤为重要。本文阐述了部分配制酒检验中的常见方法、检测中应注意的问题及相关的解决对策,为配制酒检测工作提供参考。
Liqueur,as a kind of alcoholic beverage that has changed the original style of its base liquor,has broad development prospect.In order to control the quality of liqueur and provide consumers with high-quality products,the detection of liqueur is very important.This paper summarizes the common methods,problems and countermeasures in the detection of liqueur,so as to provide reference for the detection of liqueur.
