摘要
以青钱柳嫩叶和青钱柳老叶通过白酒浸泡所制得的的青钱柳保健酒为研究对象,采用HPLC-MS(液质联用)方法,对两种青钱柳保健酒中的成分进行鉴定分析。鉴定结果表明,两种青钱柳保健酒中均含有多种黄酮类、三萜类等物质。其中,青钱柳嫩叶保健酒中的黄酮类物质和三萜类物质的种类,以及大部分黄酮类物质和三萜类物质的相对含量均高于青钱柳老叶保健酒。因此,从两种保健酒中所含有的黄酮类物质和三萜类物质的角度分析,保健效果为青钱柳嫩叶保健酒优于青钱柳老叶保健酒。
The components in the healthcare liqueurs produced by the tender leaves and the old leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus respectively were identified and analyzed by HPLC-MS.The identification results showed that there were many kinds of flavonoids and triterpenoids in the two kinds of Cyclocarya paliurus healthcare liqueurs.The kinds and contents of flavonoids and triterpenoids in Cyclocarya paliurus tender leaf liqueur were higher than those in Cyclocarya paliurus old leaf liqueur.Therefore,from the perspective of flavonoids and triterpenoids,the healthcare effect of Cyclocarya paliurus tender leaf liqueur is better than that of Cyclocarya paliurus old leaf liqueur.
