摘要
为构建下一批优良家系育种群体,以广西壮族自治区国有东门林场154个0.5、1.5、2.5、3.5和4.5年生尾叶桉(Eucalyptus urophylla)半同胞家系为试验材料,对其树高、胸径和单株材积的遗传变异进行分析。结果表明,尾叶桉各家系间树高、胸径和单株材积均差异极显著;重复间,除3.5和4.5年生家系的单株材积外,其他林龄家系的树高、胸径和单株材积均差异显著或极显著。以树高、胸径和单株材积构建尾叶桉家系和单株性状选择指数方程,选出21个优良家系和71株优良单株,入选率分别为13.64%和3.70%,优良家系和单株的生长性状均值均高于群体均值。家系的树高、胸径和材积遗传增益分别为6.25%、6.33%和14.62%,单株遗传增益分别为11.01%、11.01%和35.55%。
In order to construct next generation of excellent families,taking 1540.5-year-old,1.5-year-old,2.5-year-old,3.5-year-old and 4.5-year-old Eucalyptus urophylla half-sib families from Guangxi Stateowned Dongmen Forest Farm as objects,genetic variations of tree height,DBH and individual volume were analyzed.Results showed that there were extremely significant differences in tree height,DBH and individual volume among E.urophylla families.Among repeats,except for individual volumes of 3.5-year-old and 4.5-yearold families,there were extremely significant differences or significant differences in tree height,DBH and individual volume of the rest families with different ages.Tree height,DBH and individual volume were used to construct selection equations of E.urophylla family and individual plant traits.21 superior families and 71 superior individual plants were selected,and selection rates were 13.64%and 3.70%,respectively.Average growth traits of superior families and individual plants were higher than those of population.Genetic gains of tree height,DBH and individual volume in family were 6.25%,6.33%and 14.62%,respectively.Genetic gains of individual plant were 11.01%,11.01%,and 35.55%,respectively.
