摘要
为探究锰(Mn)胁迫对红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)幼苗生长和生理指标的影响,设置5个不同Mn添加量(0、200、600、1500和3000 mg/kg),测定不同处理对幼苗株高、地径、叶片可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标的影响。结果表明,适量Mn对幼苗生长有一定促进作用,200 mg/kg Mn对幼苗株高和地径生长促进效果最显著。当Mn添加量高于1500 mg/kg时,会抑制幼苗生长。随Mn添加量增加,可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性和CAT活性均呈先上升后下降的趋势,SOD活性呈先下降后上升的趋势,MDA含量升高。
In order to explore effects of manganese(Mn)stress on growth and physiological indexes of Castanopsis hystrix young seedling,five Mn contents were added to soil(0,200,600,1500 and 3000 mg/kg).Effects of different treatments on seedling height,ground diameter,contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity,peroxidase(POD)activity,ascorbate peroxidase(APX)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were determined.Results showed that suitable Mn had a certain promotion effect on growth of young seedling.200 mg/kg Mn had the most significant promotion effect on growth of seedling height and ground diameter.When Mn content was higher than 1500 mg/kg,growth of young seedling was inhibited.Contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein,POD activity and CAT activity increased firstly and then decreased,SOD activity descreased firstly and then increased and MDA content increased with increase of Mn content.
