白僵菌固态发酵过程环境智能监测预警系统的开发

摘要 根据环境因素监控要求,研制了一套基于物联网技术的白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)固态发酵过程环境智能监测预警系统。测试结果表明,该系统能对白僵菌固态发酵过程的发酵室空气温度、固体培养料温度和CO2浓度等进行实时在线监测和预警,并通过发酵箱内置的空气内循环与散热装置智能调节热量,实现箱内上下层温度均匀。应用本系统可促进白僵菌生产工艺标准化,也可通过多维度监测数据支持白僵菌固态发酵的基础研究,具有很好的推广应用价值。 According to monitoring requirements of environmental factors,an intelligent monitoring and warning system for Beauveria bassiana solid-state fermentation was developed based on Internet of Things technology.Test results showed that system could monitor and warn air temperature of fermentation room,solid culture material temperature and CO2 concentration in process of B.bassiana solid-state fermentation in real time.Through built-in air circulation and heat dissipation device in tank,heat could be adjusted intelligently and temperature of upper and lower layers in tank could be uniform.Application of this system could not only improve standardization of B.bassiana production process,but also support basic research of B.bassiana solidstate fermentation through multi-dimensional monitoring data,which had a good application value.
