Mechanical structure design is mainly to determine the material,shape,size,tolerance and layout of the parts of the established function,while considering the processing technology,strength,stiffness,accuracy and the relationship between other parts and other problems.This paper first describes the overall idea and design method of mechanical structure design,and then analyzes the common anti-wear and noise reduction measures in mechanical structure design,to provide reference for promoting the improvement of mechanical structure design level.
