摘要
针对某些小型航空发动机环形径向进气模式,提出了一种用于发动机进口性能参数测试的工艺进气道设计方法。以某型涡轴发动机地面试车台架为研究对象,利用该方法进行了工艺进气道设计,并进一步对设计模型开展了三维粘性数值仿真分析,计算结果表明工艺进气道总压损失仅为0.2%,扩压段壁面漩涡是造成流动损失的主要原因,工艺进气道测量段流场分布均匀,能够较好地满足进口参数测试需求。
Aiming at the annular radial intake of some small aeroengines,a design method of process intake for measurement engine inlet performance parameters is proposed.The research takes a certain type of turboshaft ground test-bed as the research object,using this method to design the process inlet,and further carrys out a three-dimensional viscous numerical simulation analysis on the design model.The calculation results show that the total pressure loss of the process inlet is only 0.2%,the wall vortex in the diffuser section is the main cause of flow loss.The flow field in the measurement section of the process inlet is evenly distributed,which can better meet the import parameter test requirements.
