48V-BSG轻混系统整车性能影响分析

摘要 随着油耗、排放法规的日益严苛,客户群体对于驾驶感受要求持续提升,为满足油耗目标及优化驾驶性,传统内燃机电动化日渐深入,而48V-BSG技术对于传统乘用车油耗指标、排放指标、驾驶性指标改善具备较好的性价比。本文应用Cruise对某汽油发动机应用48V-BSG技术方案在某整车上进行整车性能仿真分析,研究各工况及控制策略下48V-BSG对于发动机摩擦功、整车经济性、动力性影响,并通过性能试验结果与仿真数据比较分析验证性能仿真分析结果。 With the increasingly stringent regulations on vehicle fuel consumption and emissions,the requirements of customer for driving experience continue to improve.In order to meet the fuel consumption target and optimize the drivability,the electrification of traditional internal combustion engines is deepening day by day,and 48V-BSG technology has a good cost performance for improving the fuel consumption index,emission index and drivability index of traditional passenger cars.In this paper,Cruise is applied to a gasoline engine using 48-VBSG technology to conduct vehicle performance simulation analysis on a vehicle,and the effects of 48V-BSG on engine friction work,vehicle economy and power performance under various working conditions and control strategies are studied.The results of performance simulation analysis are verified by comparison between performance test results and simulation data.
