摘要
本文以顶部齿轮箱与主减旋翼轴组成的共轴对转轴系为研究对象,考虑了联轴器、轴承等部件的刚度,计算了转子系统的动力学特性,同时分析了中介轴承刚度对转子系统临界转速的影响。结果表明,该转子系统第一阶临界转速远高于最高工作转速,转子系统设计较为安全;在讨论的范围内,中介轴承支承刚度对该转子轴系的影响不大。得到的相关结论可为齿轮箱、试验台设计提供一定的参考。
Aimed at coaxial counter-rotating rotor system,which constructed by top gearbox shaft and wing shaft,the dynamic characteristics are calculated,which considered the influence of coupling and bearing stiffness.How the inter-shaft bearing stiffness influenced the critical speeds is also studied.Results indicated that the first critical speed is far beyond the highest working speed,the design of this rotor is safe;the stiffness of inter-shaft bearing could slightly influenced the critical speed.The conclusions obtained through analysis on the results will provide certain reference on the design of gearbox and test rig.
