农机液压技术应用方式及常见故障问题探讨

Discussion on the Application Mode and Common Fault Problems of Agricultural Machinery Hydraulic Technology

农业机械的不断发展,机械设备执行过程中需要液压技术进行动力传递和控制,使得液压技术在农业机械装备中的应用越来越广泛。采用液压技术驱动农业机械能够明显提高实际生产效率。本文首先介绍了液压技术的发展状况以及在农业机械装备上的应用。而后分析了农机液压系统常见故障问题分析,主要从液压系统的噪音问题、油液泄露问题等问题,为农机液压系统中常见故障问题的维护提供理论支撑。

With the continuous development of agricultural machinery,hydraulic technology needs power transmission and control in the implementation process of machinery and equipment,which makes the application of hydraulic technology more and more widely in agricultural machinery and equipment.Using hydraulic technology to drive agricultural machinery can significantly improve the actual production efficiency.This paper first introduces the development of hydraulic technology and its application in agricultural machinery and equipment.Then,the common fault problems of agricultural machinery hydraulic system,mainly from the noise problems,hydraulic leakage problems in agricultural machinery hydraulic system.
