摘要
在目前飞机维修公司的支援保障中,对于航空备件的预测和计算正占有越来越重要的位置。同样的APU修理也需要有科学的方法来准确预估备件数量,一方面可以降低公司成本,避免浪费;另一方面也可以保障生产的正常进行,实现公司效益的最大化。本文通过对以往数据的分析,采用齐次泊松分布过程的方法计算备件数量,这种方法简单、快捷,并可以实现很好的预测结果。并在APU修理的工作实践中对缩短周期进行了验证。
Estimate and calculate the quantity of aviation spares is playing a more and more important role in the aircraft maintenance corporations.The same APU repair also needs a scientific method to accurately estimate the number of spare parts.Accurate estimate the quantity of aero-spares could reduce the corporation cost,avoid waste,and could also ensure the normal production,achieve the maximization of the corporation profits.This article analysis the data from last few years,use the Poisson distribution method to calculate the quantity of spares,this easy and quick method could achieve a good result.It is verified in the practice of APU repair.
