公差课程中尺寸公差教具研制

Development of Dimension Tolerance Teaching Aids in Tolerance Course

随着新技术新材料不断地更迭,自制工科教具设计越来越丰富,涌现了一批批具有创新实用性的自制工科教具。本论文设计了一种用于教师在公差课程中教学使用的教具。通过更换不同基准制的尺寸配合块以进行实验分析,研制出相对完善、可涉及日常公差教学中使用的尺寸公差教具。设计内容主要包括间隙、过盈两种配合方式在零部件装配时的效果展示,感受细微尺寸变化所带来的影响,对于理解尺寸公差概念有着显著的提升作用。

With the continuous change of new technology and new materials,the design of self-made engineering teaching AIDS is more and more abundant,and a batch of innovative and practical self-made engineering teaching AIDS have emerged.This paper designs a kind of teaching aid for teachers to use in the tolerance course.By changing the size fitting blocks of different datum system to carry out experimental analysis,a relatively perfect size tolerance teaching tool is developed which can be used in daily tolerance teaching.The design content mainly includes the effect display of clearance and interference in the assembly of parts and components.To feel the influence brought by subtle size changes,it has a significant role in improving the understanding of the concept of size tolerance.
