运用数学模型对水解酸化A^(2)O组合工艺的模拟优化

摘要 以合肥市某高校的生活污水为实际进水,通过AQUASIM软件使用ASM1对水解酸化A^(2)O组合工艺进行了优化,为A^(2)O组合工艺工程化提供新的参考;研究COD、TN、NH_(3)-N等污染物的去除,在模拟混合液内回流比,活化污泥回流比,厌氧池和水解池进水比对组合系统的影响.结果表明:当混合液内回流在300%;活化污泥回流比80%;选用厌氧池进水10 L/h,水解酸化池进水5 L/h作为最优进水比2:1,COD的去除率分别为86.52%;TN的去除率分别为73.44%;NH_(3)-N的去除率分别为97.98%. Taking the domestic sewage of a university in Hefei as the actual influent,the hydrolysis acidification A^(2)O combined process is optimized by using ASM1 through AQUASIM software,so as to provide a new reference for the engineering of A^(2)O combined process.The removal of pollutants such as COD,TN and NH_(3)-N was studied,and the effects of reflux ratio in simulated mixture,activated sludge reflux ratio and influent ratio of anaerobic tank and hydrolysis tank on the combined system were studied.When the reflux in the mixture is 300%;Activated sludge reflux ratio 80%.The optimal influent ratio of 2∶1 is 10 L/h for anaerobic tank and 5 L/h for hydrolysis acidification tank,and the removal rates of COD are 86.52%respectively.The removal rates of TN were 73.44%.The removal rates of NH_(3)-N were 97.98%.
