摘要 根据电动汽车在额定工况下的牵引力要求,针对中型商用电动汽车设计了60kW内置式永磁同步电机。首先,根据永磁同步电机理论计算关键尺寸。其次,利用有限元方法(FEM)仿真模型分析了永磁体尺寸、偏斜对电机电磁转矩的影响,并计算了电机在不同工作条件下的温度分布、铁心损耗以及工作效率。最后,制造了试验样机并搭建实验平台,在不同工作模式下验证样机性能并与FEM仿真结果进行对比,验证了有限元设计的可行性和准确性,为电动汽车用电机的设计提供理论参考。 According to the traction requirements of electric vehicles under rated conditions,a 60kW built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed for medium-sized commercial electric vehicles.First,calculated the key dimensions based on the theory of permanent magnet synchronous motors.Secondly,the finite element method(FEM)simulation model was used to analyze the influence of the size and deflection of the permanent magnet on the electromagnetic torque of the motor,and the temperature distribution,core loss and work efficiency of the motor under different working conditions were calculated.Finally,a test prototype was manufactured and an experimental platform was built.The performance of the prototype was verified under different working modes and compared with the FEM simulation results,which verified the feasibility and accuracy of the finite element design and provided a theoretical reference for the design of electric vehicles.
