摘要
井下涡轮发电机的特点是直径小、长度大。传统发电机设计采用的分布绕组,存在嵌线难度大、功率密度低的问题。另外,影响发电机外特性的因素较多,设计较为复杂,且缺乏细致的分析。因此,本文首先针对涡轮永磁发电机的外特性展开研究,确定外特性的影响因素,然后根据永磁同步发电机对基本尺寸、参数的要求,利用有限元软件对发电机空载特性和负载特性进行仿真计算。进一步研究极槽配合、槽口宽度、槽口高度等结构参数对发电机外特性的影响,归纳总结发电机外特性与结构参数的关系,以确定发电机的最佳尺寸。
The underground turbine generator is characterized by small diameter and large length.The distributed windings used in traditional generator designs have the problems of difficulty in wire insertion and low power density.In addition,there are many factors that affect the external characteristics of the generator,the design is more complicated,and detailed analysis is lacking.Therefore,this article first conducted research on the external characteristics of turbine permanent magnet generators,determined the influencing factors of the external characteristics,and then used finite element software to determine the no-load characteristics and load of the generator according to the requirements of the basic dimensions and parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous generator.The characteristics were simulated and calculated.The influence of structural parameters such as pole-slot fit,slot width,and slot height on the external characteristics of the generator was further studied,and the relationship between the external characteristics of the generator and the structural parameters was summarized to determine the optimal size of the generator.
