摘要
文章分析了目前常用双电机同步控制结构的优缺点,结合双电机变桨系统的应用情况,选用主从与交叉耦合相结合的双电机同步控制结构及差速负反馈的控制算法,设计了双电机变桨同步控制系统。基于主从双电机搭建了实验平台,并对主从双电机协同控制性能进行了测试和分析,验证了设计的合理性。目前,该控制系统已应用于风机变桨伺服控制系统,具有较高应用价值。
This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the double motor synchronous control structure.Combining with the application of the double motor pitch system,it showed the double-motor’s pitch synchronous control system that using the master-slave and cross coupling synchronous control structure and the control algorithm of differential negative feedback.The experimental platform was built based on the master-slave double motor,tested and analyzed the cooperative control performance of the master-slave double motor,and verified the rationality of the design.At present,the control system has been used in the pitch servo control system of wind turbine,has higher application value.
