On the Guiding Role of Marxist Theory in Higher Education Management

在社会不断向前发展的过程中,对于高校教育工作也提出了更高的要求,加强对高素质社会主义人才的培养成为了目前高校教育工作的重要任务之一,马克思主义理论对于这一教育目标的实现具有良好的推动作用。基于此,文章主要围绕马克思主义理论在高校教育管理工作中的指导作用,从理论、现状以及策略三大方面展开了具体的探究。

In the process of the continuous development of society, higher requirements have been put forward for the education in higher colleges. Strengthening the cultivation of high-quality socialist talents has become one of the important tasks of the education in higher colleges. Marxist theory has a good role in promoting the realization of this educational goal. Based on this, this paper mainly focuses on the guiding role of Marxist theory in higher education management, from three aspects of theory, current situation and strategy.
