高校教育管理现状及其在大数据时代的变革研究

教育管理在高校发展进程中占有重要地位,是促进高等教育健康、长效发展,落实素质教育工作的关键所在。伴随大数据时代来临,为社会发展带来诸多影响,特别是高等教育领域。本文基于大数据时代下对高校教育管理工作的影响,分析了高校教育管理工作现状,最后提出了大数据时代下高校教育管理改革创新对策。

Educational management occupies an important position in the development of higher education institutions. It is the key to promoting the healthy and long-term development of higher education and implementing quality education. With the advent of the era of big data, it has brought many influences to social development, especially in the field of higher education. Based on the impact of the big data era on the education management of higher colleges, this paper analyzes the current situation of the education management of higher colleges, and finally puts forward the innovative countermeasures of the education management reform of the colleges and universities in the era of big data.
