Objectives and Principles of Constructing Vocational Education Standards System for Foreign Language Specialty with Hunan Characteristics

所谓职业教育的"湖南特色",是指职业教育的发展状况与湖南经济与社会发展基本省情相适应的表征,具有鲜明的湖南地方产业性、文化性和区域性。湖南特色外语类专业职业教育标准体系应坚持"三原则"。其中,立足地方实务是"根本",服务国家战略是"落脚点",传播湖湘文化是湖南外语类专业的"使命",从而达到"立德树人、经世致用"的人才培养总目标。

"Vocational education with Hunan characteristics"refers to a representation of the vocational education development,in line with the basic provincial conditions of Hunan’s economic and social development,with distinctive local industrial,cultural and regional features of Hunan.The vocational education standards system of foreign language specialty with Hunan characteristics should adhere to the"Three Principles":basing on local practice is the"fundamental",serving the national strategy is the"foothold",and disseminating Hunan culture is the"mission"of foreign language specialty in Hunan,so as to achieve the general goal of talent training—"establishing moral integrity and serving the society".
