摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞是一种具有自我更新和多项分化潜能的干细胞,针对其成骨分化作用的研究对骨缺损、骨再生等骨组织工程有重大意义。外泌体内含miRNA、lncRNA、circRNA等非编码RNA,可通过多种途径调控骨髓间充质干细胞的成骨分化,其研究成果可以为促进成骨分化、治疗骨质疏松症等疾病提供新的靶点与方法。本文就外泌体中miRNA、lncRNA以及circRNA对BMSCs成骨分化作用机制的研究进展做一综述。
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) are stem cells with the potential of self-renewal and multiple differentiation. The study of their osteogenic differentiation is of great significance for bone tissue engineering such as bone defect and bone regeneration.Exosomes contain miRNA, lncRNA, circRNA and other non-coding RNAs, which can regulate bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells’ osteogenic differentiation through a variety of pathways, and the research result can provide new targets and method for promoting osteogenic differentiation and treating osteoporosis and other diseases.This article reviews the research progress of the mechanism of miRNA, lncRNA and circRNA in exosomes on the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs.
