摘要 恶性胸膜间皮瘤(MPM)是一种来源于浆膜间皮细胞的高度恶性肿瘤,具有早期不易诊断、病死率极高、生存预后极差等特点。近年随着现代医学生物技术的发展,一些生物标记物被发现对MPM高危人群的筛查、早期诊断、疗效评价、预后评估均有不同的价值,其中小分子核糖核酸(MiRNAs)是目前研究最为热门的标记物之一。因此本文就MiRNAs在MPM的应用进行综述。 Malignant pleural mesothelioma(MPM)is a highly malignant tumor derived from serosal mesotheliocytes,which is characterized by difficult early diagnosis,high mortality and poor survival and prognosis.In recent years,with the development of modern medical biotechnology,some biomarkers have been found to have different values in screening,early diagnosis,efficacy evaluation and prognosis evaluation for MPM high-risk population.Among them,microRNAs(MiRNAs)is one of the most popular biomarkers.This paper reviews the application of MiRNAs in malignant pleural mesothelioma.
