外周免疫系统与中枢神经系统疾病交互影响的机制研究

Research on mechanism of interaction between peripheral immune system and central nervous system diseases

脑科学作为21世纪的新兴学科,是探索人类认知功能的基础,也是解决神经系统疾病的关键学科。近年来研究证实脑内免疫稳态对于正常神经认知功能的维持有重要作用,且脑内与外周免疫系统间存在相互影响,但在中枢神经系统疾病中,脑内免疫反应的机制,尤其是脑内与外周免疫应答相互影响的机制尚不明确。本文拟对几种中枢神经系统疾病中外周与脑内免疫系统交互影响的机制研究进展进行综述。

Brain science as a new discipline during the 21st century,has established the key basement to explore the basis of human cognitive functions and to solve neurological diseases.In recent years,studies have confirmed that the immune homeostasis in the brain plays an important role in the maintenance of normal neurocognitive functions,and there is an interaction between the brain and the peripheral immune system.However,in central nervous system diseases,the mechanism of the brain immune response,especially the crosstalk of brain and peripheral immune responses is remaining fully known.This article intends to review the research progress on mechanism of the interaction between the peripheral and the brain immune system in several central nervous system diseases.
