摘要
树突状细胞(DCs)是机体介导适应性免疫的重要抗原提呈细胞,其可诱导杀伤性T淋巴细胞(CTL)的产生。CTL可经DCs的MHCⅠ类分子抗原提呈途径和交叉提呈途径杀伤胞内病原和肿瘤。交叉提呈是指外源性抗原与MHCⅠ类分子形成抗原肽-MHCⅠ类分子复合体启动CD8+T细胞应答的过程。若无病原对DCs的直接感染,则只能经交叉提呈途径诱生CD8+CTL应答。因此,鉴于DCs交叉提呈在机体抵抗胞内病原感染和抗肿瘤免疫中有特别重要的作用,本文对DCs交叉提呈的近期进展做一综述以利于DCs疫苗治疗性靶点的研究。
Dendritic cells(DCs),the important antigen presenting cells,can initiate the adaptive immunity and mediate cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL)priming.CTL,which are the main effective cells to eliminate infected cells and tumor,can be primed by DCs MHC classⅠpresentation and cross presentation.Cross presentation,referred to exogenous antigen loaded on MHC classⅠmolecules,is the unique pathway for DCs to present the exogenous antigen and trigger the CD8+CTL priming without direct infection.Cross presentation by DCs plays a vital role in the defence against intracellular pathogens and anti-tumor immunity.Therefore,we review the recent findings of cross presentation to facilitate the study of potential therapeutic target molecules of DCs vaccine.
