巨噬细胞在血管生成中的作用

Role of macrophages in angiogenesis

血管生成是组织修复的必要前提,是一个复杂的生理过程。近年来炎症在血管生成和组织再生中的重要作用逐渐受到重视。而巨噬细胞是炎症过程中主要的效应细胞。本文综述巨噬细胞不同表型在血管生成中的作用,以及巨噬细胞与其他细胞相互作用对血管生长的影响,初步探讨该领域存在的问题,并进行展望。

Angiogenesis was a necessary prerequisite for tissue repair,which was a complex physiological process.Recently,important role of inflammation in angiogenesis and tissue regeneration has gradually attracted attention.Macrophages were main effector cells in inflammation process.This paper reviewed role of macrophages with different phenotypes in angiogenesis,effect of interactions between macrophages and other cells on angiogenesis,and also pointed out some problems and prospects in this field.
