Research progress in function of ASFV structural protein CD2v

非洲猪瘟是一种由非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)引起的急性、高致死性的猪传染病。ASFV至今尚未研发出有效的ASFV疫苗,给家畜养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失。ASFV编码的结构蛋白CD2v在病毒的复制、体内播散和免疫逃逸等方面发挥着重要作用。本文将综述CD2v的功能,同时讨论CD2v在疫苗研究和病毒基因分型中的应用。

African swine fever is an acute,highly lethal swine infectious disease caused by african swine fever virus(ASFV).An effective vaccine of ASFV has not yet developed,which caused huge economic loss in livestock breeding industry.CD2v,a structural protein encoded by African swine fever virus,plays an important role in virus replication,in vivo dissemination and immune escape.This paper will review the function of CD2v and discuss the application of CD2v in vaccine research and virus genotyping.
