摘要
表观遗传学在类风湿关节炎(RA)的发病机制中占有着越来越凸显的地位。DNA甲基化则是表观遗传学研究的重要内容,与RA的发生与发展密切相关。目前DNA甲基化在RA中的研究主要集中于成纤维样滑膜细胞、以T淋巴细胞及B淋巴细胞为代表的外周血单个核细胞,本文就DNA甲基化在以上细胞中的研究进行阐述总结,揭示了一系列甲基化状态异常的基因,可有助于寻找新的治疗靶点,并可从表观遗传学层面对RA发病机制进行更深刻的了解。
Epigenetics plays an increasingly important role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).DNA methylation is an important part of epigenetics research,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of RA.Currently,the research on DNA methylation in RA mainly focuses on fibroblast-like synoviocytes,peripheral blood mononuclear cells represented by T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes.This review summarizes the research on DNA methylation in these cells,and reveals a series of genes with abnormal methylation status,which can help to find new therapeutic targets and provide a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis of RA at the epigenetic level.
