学科建设视角下江苏开放大学办学体系科研团队建设

Construction of Scientific Research Team in Operating System of Jiangsu Open University from the P erspective of Discipline Construction

江苏开放大学办学体系覆盖73所市县开放大学,办学类型较多,各办学点科研团队建设情况迥异。采用问卷调查法和访谈法,深入了解江苏开放大学及办学体系各市(县)开放大学科研团队建设情况,并广泛听取其对于建设办学体系科研团队的建议及需求。在此基础上,提出增强顶层设计支持,完善人才数据支撑;加强科研制度建设,完善绩效考核机制;促进系统合作交流,整合学术力量以及提升团队整体实力,优化团队建设等发展建议。

Jiangsu Open University,with its school-operating system including 73 open universities in cities and counties,has many school-operating types,and the construction of scientific research teams in each school is quite different.This study adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview to deeply understand the construction of scientific research teams of Jiangsu Open University and its branch schools in cities(counties),and widely collects suggestions and needs for the construction of scientific research teams of the school-operating system.On this basis,this paper proposes some development suggestions,such as enhancing the top-level design and the virtual talent pool;strengthening the construction of scientific research system and improving the performance appraisal mechanism;integrating academic strength and promoting systematic cooperation and exchange as well as the overall strength of the team to optimize team construction.
