基层办学单位质量现状分析与思考——以南京开放大学开放教育体系为例 被引量:2

摘要 以南京开放大学开放教育体系为例,在现状调查与数据分析基础上,剖析基层办学单位招生工作、教务管理、教学管理、网上教学等关键业务的质量现状,指出基层办学单位普遍存在专业设置结构性失衡、办学能力与招生规模不匹配、区开放大学之间发展不均衡、师资队伍水平待提升、网上教学待加强、质量自觉意识与自治能力待提高等突出问题,据此提出优化专业布局、辩证看待质量和规模的关系、提升各区开放大学影响力、共建教学团队、完善教学管理、形成质量保障体系等对策建议。 Taking the open education system of Nanjing Open University as an example,this study analyzes the quality status of key businesses such as enrollment,educational administration,teaching management and online teaching in basic school-operating units based on the current situation investigation and data analysis,and then points out some outstanding issues including the structural imbalance of major setting,the mismatch between school operating ability and enrollment scale,unbalanced development between open universities in districts,and the necessity to improve the level of faculty and staff,online teaching,quality consciousness and school autonomy capability.Based on above,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing major layout,dialectically treating the relationship between quality and scale,improving the influence of open universities in each district,jointly building teaching teams,enhancing teaching management and forming a quality assurance system.
