摘要
以常州某应用型本科院校艺术专业毕业生为研究对象,通过随机问卷调查,对艺术类毕业生就业工作进行实证研究,发现在新时期大背景下,艺术类大学生在就业工作认同感、职业规划活动参与度、基础职业技能等方面存在问题。通过对艺术类大学生就业工作中存在的问题进行数据分析,探索应用型本科院校艺术类大学生就业工作面临的困境,提出构建学生—家庭协调机制、打造就业指导联动机制、提升专业培养机制建议。
Taking the graduates majoring in arts from an application-oriented university in Changzhou as the research object,this paper conducts an empirical study on the employment of graduates majoring in arts through a random questionnaire survey.It is found that under the background of the new era,students majoring in arts have problems with employment identity,participation in career planning,basic vocational skills and other aspects.On the basis of the data analysis of the problems existing in the employment of the students majoring in arts from application-oriented universities,this paper explores the plight faced by them,and puts forward some suggestions such as building a student-family coordinated mechanism,creating a linkage mechanism on employment guidance,and improving the major training mechanism,so as to provide a reference for practical education of students majoring in arts in application-oriented universities.
