摘要
目的探讨不同CT后处理技术在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法90例肋骨骨折患者,均接受CT检查,进行容积再现(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)和肋骨拉伸三种后处理技术处理,对比三种后处理技术对肋骨骨折诊断价值和诊断耗时。结果通过手术或CT随访发现,90例肋骨骨折患者共421处骨折,VR、MPR、骨拉伸分别检测出342处、376处和408处。骨拉伸后处理技术对肋骨骨折术检出率明显高于VR、MPR后处理技术(P<0.05);骨拉伸技术诊断用时明显短于VR、MPR(P<0.05)。结论相较于MPR、VRCT后处理技术,骨拉伸后处理技术可提高肋骨骨折检出率,缩短诊断用时。
Objective To explore the application value of different CT postprocessing techniques in the diagnosis of rib fracture.Methods 90 patients with rib fracture were examined by CT and treated with three post-processing techniques:volume rendering(VR),multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)and rib stretching.The diagnostic value and diagnostic time of the three post-processing techniques were compared.Results By operation or CT follow-up,it was found that there were 421 fractures in 90 patients with rib fractures,and 342,376 and 408 were detected by VR,MPR and bone stretching,respectively.The detection rate of rib fracture by bone stretching postprocessing technology was significantly higher than that by VR and MPR postprocessing technology(P<0.05).The diagnostic time of bone stretching technique was significantly shorter than that of VR and MPR(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with MPR and VRCT post-processing technology,bone stretch post-processing technology can improve the detection rate of rib fracture and shorten the diagnostic time.
