神经外科锁孔手术在颅内肿瘤治疗中的效果观察

Effect of Neurosurgical Keyhole Surgery and Conventional Craniotomy with Microscope in Intracranial Tumors

目的评价神经外科锁孔手术治疗颅内肿瘤的效果。方法选取74例颅内肿瘤患者,随机分组,每组37例。常规骨瓣开颅显微镜手术治疗法为对照组,神经外科锁孔手术治疗法为观察组,比较两组疗效与并发症。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在颅内肿瘤疾病治疗中,神经外科锁孔手术治疗效果好,并发症发生率低。

Objective To evaluate the effect of neurosurgical keyhole surgery in the treatment of intracranial tumors.Methods 74 patients with intracranial tumors were selected and randomly divided into two groups and each group has 37 cases.Conventional craniotomy with microscope was used as the control group and neurosurgical keyhole operation was used as the observation group.The curative effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of intracranial tumor diseases,neurosurgical keyhole surgery has good curative effects and low complication rate.
