年鉴精品工程价值初探——以福建省为例

Preliminary study on the value of High Quality Yearbook project——Take Fujian Province as an example

实施年鉴精品工程是贯彻落实国务院办公厅《全国地方志事业发展规划纲要(2015-2020年)》“坚持质量第一,存真求实,将精品意识贯穿于编纂出版工作全过程”[1]要求的重要举措,是构建地方志事业发展新局面的必然选择。福建省开展年鉴精品工程和全域精品工程试点,实现质量管理和精品意识全覆盖式辐射,在全省形成了争创精品年鉴的强烈带动之势,培育出地域特色鲜明的精品项目,并实现全省年鉴事业发展以点带面、区域联动竞争、质量整体提高、资政宣传俱佳的良性态势。年鉴精品工程的实施,强化了年鉴作为资政文献属性的价值,实现了方志人才队伍的优化和地方志事业格局的开拓,提供了促进经济社会发展的历史借鉴和智力支持,推动了优秀传统文化的赓续传承和发展。

The implementation of the Yearbook Quality Project is an important measure to carry out the requirements of the national program for the development of local chronicles(2015-2020),which is called“Sticking to the principle of quality first,keeping the truth and seeking the truth,and integrating the consciousness of quality into the whole process of compiling and publishing”,it is the inevitable choice to construct the new situation of the development of local chronicles.Fujian Province has launched the pilot projects of the yearbooks fine works and the whole region fine works to realize the full-coverage radiation of quality management and fine works awareness,forming a strong driving force for creating fine yearbooks throughout the province,and fostering fine works projects with distinct regional characteristics,and to achieve the development of the province almanac area,regional competition,improve the quality as a whole,good publicity and political situation.The implementation of the excellent Yearbook Project has strengthened the value of the yearbook as an attribute of political and intellectual documents,has realized the optimization of the contingent of local chronicles talents and the development of the local chronicles career pattern,and has provided historical reference and intellectual support to promote the economic and social development,it has promoted the continuation and development of the fine traditional culture.
