摘要
研究选取市场上4个厂家的6个双组分硅酮结构胶产品,进行不同温度条件下的拉伸性能测试和同一温度下的耐久性试验,总结其性能变化趋势,以防止结构胶在不可靠的环境中使用。在-30~200℃内,随测试温度升高,拉伸粘接强度和伸长率以近似线性下降趋势变化。同一温度长期耐久性因老化温度不同和配方差异有不同变化趋势,在150℃以上温度长期使用时应考虑结构胶与玻璃的粘接问题。
Six two-component silicone structural sealants from four manufacturers in the market are selected to conduct tensile tests at different temperatures and durability tests at the same temperature to summarize their performance trends,so as to prevent the use of structural sealant in an unreliable environment.Within-30~200℃,the tensile bonding strength and elongation change in an approximate linear downward trend with the increase of test temperature.The long-term durability at the same temperature has different trends due to different aging temperatures and formulas.When using it at the temperature above 150℃for a long time,the bonding between structural sealant and glass should be considered.
