隔热材料在提升测井仪器耐高温性能的应用

摘要 研究将一种全新的隔热涂料喷涂于钻杆内部,通过钻杆模拟隔热试验和CFD隔热系数模拟试验,检测涂层物理化学性能及隔热效果。分析在钻杆油浴加热过程中,钻杆内通入常温流动或非流动状态水状态下,钻杆内、外壁温度随着时间变化情况;根据油气田实际工况,使用CFD技术模拟仿真井底钻杆内部温度场,模拟计算喷涂隔热材料的完钻井钻井液温度分布。结果表明,新型隔热材料涂层对钻杆有明显的隔热效果,涂层越厚隔热效果越好,实际工况条件下能够降低底层温度50℃以上,可以有效提升测井仪器耐高温性能。 A new insulation coating is sprayed on the inner of drill pipe.Drill pipe simulated insulation test and CFD insulation coefficient simulation test are adopted to test the physical and chemical properties and insulation effect.In the pre-heating process of drill pipe oil,filling normal temperature flowing water or non-flowing water in the inner of drill pipe,the inner and outer wall temperatures of drill pipe change with time.According to the actual working conditions of oil and gas fields,CFD technology is used to simulate the inner temperature field of bottom hole drill pipe,so as to simulating calculate the temperature distribution of drilling fluid in drill pipe sprayed with insulation material.The results show that the new coating has obvious insulation effect on drill pipe.And the thicker the coating is,the better the insulation effect is.In actual working conditions,the bottom temperature can be reduced by more than 50℃,which can effectively improve the high temperature resistance of logging tool.
