摘要
针对排水企业女职工工作在思想政治、技能素质、“五期”管理、家德家风和组织建设等方面存在的一些问题,企业女工工作应加强对女职工的思想政治引领,提升女职工的科技文化素质,推进对女职工的身心关爱活动,坚持引领女职工家德家风的教育,并持续促进女职工委员会的组织建设,全面提升排水企业女职工委员会的工作能力,切实保障排水企业女职工的合法权益。
The quality of female employees in drainage enterprises needs to be improved in the ideological and political area,technical quality,"fi ve period"management,family ethics,and organizational construction.Trade unions should reinforce teaching of ideology,ethics,science,and technology,carry out physical and mental health care activities,and organize female employee committees.In this way,the capacity of the female worker committees of drainage enterprises has been comprehensively improved,and the rights and interests of female workers have also been effectively protected.
