摘要
为了在圆棒状构件内密封高压氦气,研制了一种新型的端塞堵孔密封焊接装置。针对圆棒状构件端塞的特殊结构和小批量生产的特点,结合具体焊接要求,分析了氦气密封焊接的主要难点;在此基础上设计了一体化的集成腔室焊接方法,替代了传统大型压力舱内的气体密封焊接。使用研制的焊接装置开展了焊接工艺试验,并对焊后试件进行了氦检漏和焊点中心组织的金相观察,最终实现了高压氦气下的有效密封焊接。该焊接装置具有操作方便,成本可控的优点,可推广应用于其他圆棒状器件的高压密封焊接。
To achieve the seal of the high-pressure helium gas inside round rods, a kind of a new welding device has been developed. Aiming at the special structure of the end plug and limited manufacturing demand, we analyze the main difficulties of helium seal welding. On this basis, an integrated welding chamber was designed to replace the traditional large pressure chamber and its welding set. The welding device was used to carry out application tests, and helium leakage detection and the macro metallographic tests were carried out. Finally, helium gas can be sealed in the rod sat high pressure. The welding device has the advantages of easy operation and controlled cost. It is valuable to spread and apply on other round rod devices for the high-pressure helium sealing welding.
