A Brief Account of the Centennial Ideology of the Communist Party of China’s Poverty Eradication

中国共产党百年减贫思想随着中国共产党百年减贫实践产生、发展和丰富,是马克思主义反贫困思想中国化的重要成果。它经历了革命时代工农脱贫思想萌芽形成、新中国成立后社会主义建设中反贫困思想探索、改革开放后中国特色社会主义扶贫开发思想形成与发展、新时期中国特色社会主义反贫困理论形成与完善等四个阶段。其内核是中国共产党领导下的制度减贫与发展减贫的辩证统一。在中国特色社会主义经济建设进入新时代的背景下,必须坚持和发展这一思想,将其与新的背景和实践经验结合起来,巩固脱贫和减贫成果,为实现共同富裕战略目标服务。这一思想体系对当今马克思主义反贫困思想的发展创新、新发展阶段中国脱贫巩固与贫困治理、全球各国减贫事业发展都有重要的理论价值和现实指导意义。

The centennial ideology of poverty reduction of the CPC is an important achievement of the sinicization of Marxism anti-poverty ideology,which is derived from the centennial practice of poverty reduction of the CPC.It has experienced four stages:the formation of the ideology of poverty alleviation for workers and peasants in the revolutionary era,the exploration of anti-poverty ideology in the socialist construction after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the formation and development of the ideology of poverty alleviation and development in socialism with Chinese characteristics after the reform and opening-up,and the formation and improvement of anti-poverty in socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The kernel of the centennial ideology of CPC’s poverty reduction is the dialectical unification of poverty reduction through system and development under the leadership of the CPC.After the socialist economic construction with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,we must adhere to and develop this thought,combine it with the new background and practical experience,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and poverty reduction,and serve the strategic goal of common prosperity.The ideological system has important theoretical value and practical guiding significance to today’s Marxism anti-poverty ideology innovation,the consolidation of poverty elimination and poverty governance of the new development stage,and the worldwide poverty reduction development.
