基于DS18B20的电缆设备电气接点温度预警系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 为了有效监测和预警电气接点的温度,维护电缆设备的平稳运行,在监控器模块中置入DS18B20型温度传感器中,实时采集电气接头的温度信息,提升各接点温度信息的连接效率,并降低温度分析与处理资源的时间;然后,通过配置标记控制器构建内部通信转换机制,利用不同传导通道弱化数据间的差异,并对数据格式归一化处理,清除噪声和无效数据,有效缩短数据传输用时。综合上述过程,在集中强化数据的基础上,利用指示灯颜色的变化和语音提醒实现超温预警,并设计了具体的监测预警实现流程。结果表明:该系统的温度数据采集用时始终少于6 s,系统的最小误警率仅为4.27%,远低于对比系统的温度采集用时和误警率,证明该系统能够高效实现温度监测与预警。 In order to effectively monitor and warn the temperature of electrical contact and maintain the smooth operation of cable equipment,DS18B20 temperature sensor was introduced into the monitor module to improve the connection efficiency of temperature information of each contact,collect the temperature information of electrical connectors in real time,and reduce the time of temperature analysis and processing resources.Then an internal communication conversion mechanism was constructed by configuring the marking controller with different transmission channels to weaken the differences between data,normalize the data format,remove noise and invalid data,and effectively shorten the time of data transmission.Based on the above process,the change of indicator color and voice reminder were used to realize the over temperature warning,and the specific monitoring and warning process was designed.The experimental results show that the temperature data collection time of this system is always less than 6s,which is much lower than the 10 s and 9 s of the comparison system,and the minimum false alarm rate of the system in this paper is only 4.27%.Even though the highest false alarm rate is only 6.02%,it is lower than 11.18%and 16.62%of the comparison system,only one-half of the comparison system,proving that the system can effectively achieve temperature monitoring and early warning.
