住房特征对我国流动人口定居意愿影响的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of the Impact of Housing Characteristics on the Settlement Intention of Floating Population in China

住房特征对我国流动人口定居意愿有着重要影响。利用Meta分析法系统分析了住房的各维度对流动人口城市定居意愿的影响及其调节效应。研究结果表明:拥有住房产权、高住房质量、住房公积金和保障性住房对流动人口定居意愿具有正向影响;房价对流动人口定居意愿的影响呈倒“U”型,存在拐点;房价收入比对流动人口定居意愿的影响为负,房租收入比的影响则为正。城市规模、代际差异、户籍特征三个变量都对住房产权与流动人口定居意愿的关系有显著调节效应,而城市规模、户籍特征只对住房公积金与定居意愿关系的调节效应显著。

Housing has an important influence on the settlement willingness of the Chinese migrant population.This article uses Meta-analysis to analyze the effects of different housing dimensions on the settlement willingness,and further explores the moderating effect.The research results show housing property rights,housing quality,housing provident fund and affordable housing show positive effects on the settlement willingness;the impact of housing prices is in an inverted“U”shape;house price-to-income ratio has a negative impact;and rent-to-income ratio is positive.In addition,the three factors of moderator variable have a significant moderating impact on the relationship between housing property rights and migrants'settlement willingness;city size and household registration characteristics have a significant moderating effect between housing provident fund and settlement intention.
