蒙药麻花头中总黄酮的超声提取及含量测定

Ultrasound extraction and content determination of total flavonoids in Mongolian Serratula

目的测定蒙药麻花头中黄酮类化合物的含量。方法采用超声提取法对麻花头中的黄酮类化合物进行提取,并考察提取方法、提取溶剂及提取时间对于总黄酮含量的影响。结果以70%乙醇为提取剂,超声提取2 h,所得提取液中总黄酮的含量最高,经过计算,麻花头全草粉末中总黄酮的含量约为0.6145 mg/g。结论该方法稳定性好,精密度高,适用于蒙药麻花头中总黄酮的提取与含量测定。

Objective To detect the content of total flavonoids in Mongolian Serratula.Methods The total flavonoids in Serratula was extracted by ultrasonic extraction,and the influence of extraction methods,extraction solvents and extraction times on the content of total flavonoids was observed.Results The content of total flavonoids in the extract was the highest when 70%ethanol was used as extractant with ultrasonic extraction for 2 h,and the content of total flavonoids in Serratula powder was 0.6145 mg/g.Conclusion This method was stable and reliable,which is suitable for the extraction and determination of total flavonoids in Mongolian Serratula.
