摘要 目的在新冠肺炎疫情防控中,探索4R危机管理理论对医院药房应急事件的应用效果。方法应用4R危机管理理论,从环境、结构、系统、人员等方面着手,按照预备、反应、恢复不同阶段进行危机缩减管理。结果急诊药房与中心药房高效整合;出院药品清算有序完成,有效减少人员聚集,降低了人员交叉感染几率。结论应用4R危机管理理论使中心药房应急过程预备力充分,反应力灵活,恢复力稳健,实现了危机缩减管理的核心任务,升级了药房管理水平,在特殊时期发挥了关键作用。 Objective To explore the effect of 4 R crisis management theory in emergency management of pharmacy during prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods Depending on different stages including readiness,response and recovery,the crisis reduction management was carried out based on 4 R crisis management theory concerning environment,structure,system and staff.Results There was an efficient integration of emergency with central pharmacy.The liquidation of drugs were accomplished in an orderly way,and the risk of people gathering was avoided in advance and the chance of cross infection was reduced successfully.Conclusion The central pharmacy possesses sufficient preparation,flexible response and robust resilience in the emergency management by using 4 R crisis management theory,which plays a key role in the special period by realizing the core task of crisis reduction management and upgrading the pharmacy management level.
