黄芪四君子汤联合罗格列酮治疗2型糖尿病对患者糖脂代谢的影响

Effect of Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction Combined with Rosiglitazone on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨黄芪四君子汤加减联合罗格列酮治疗对2型糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法:回顾焦作市人民医院2016年2月至2019年2月期间收治的80例2型糖尿病患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(罗格列酮治疗,40例)与观察组(黄芪四君子汤加减联合罗格列酮治疗,40例),比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组患者的血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的血糖水平均有不同程度改善,且观察组改善程度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的血脂水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的血脂水平均有不同程度改善,且观察组改善程度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪四君子汤加减联合罗格列酮治疗,可调节2型糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢,具有降糖降脂的作用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Huangqi Sijunzi decoction combined with rosiglitazone treatment on patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A review of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Jiaozuo People’s Hospital from February 2016 to February 2019.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group(rosiglitazone treatment,40 cases)and an observation group(Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction combined with rosiglitazone treatment,40 cases),the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients were improved to different degrees,and the improvement of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of the blood lipid levels of the two groups of patients before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid levels of the two groups were improved to different degrees,and the improvement degrees of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Sijunzi decoction combined with rosiglitazone treatment can regulate the glucose and lipid metabolism of patients with type 2 diabetes,and has the effect of reducing blood sugar and lipids.
