免疫球蛋白联合肝功能检测对肝功能衰竭的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Immunoglobulin Combined with Liver Function Test for Liver Failure

目的:探讨免疫球蛋白联合肝功能检测对肝功能衰竭的诊断价值。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年12月在广州开发区医院诊治的46例肝功能衰竭患者,将其列为观察组,再选取同期行正常体检的40例健康者,将其例为对照组。均行免疫球蛋白及肝功能检测,观察并比较两组免疫球蛋白及肝功能指标。结果:观察组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组γ–谷氨酰基转肽酶(GGT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:及时对肝功能衰竭患者进行免疫球蛋白、肝功能检测,能够为临床诊断及治疗提供有效的指导依据。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of immunoglobulin combined with liver function testing for liver failure.Methods A total of 46 patients with liver failure diagnosed and treated in Guangzhou Development Zone Hospital from June 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy patients who underwent normal physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Both immunoglobulin and liver function tests were performed,and the two groups of immunoglobulin and liver function indexes were observed and compared.Results The levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels ofγ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Timely detection of immunoglobulin and liver function in patients with liver failure can provide effective guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and has high value in evaluating the prognosis of patients.
