彩色多普勒超声联合钼靶X线检查在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值

The Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined with Molybdenum Target X-Ray in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声联合钼靶X线检查在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年3月就诊于佛山市三水区妇幼保健院的90例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,患者均经超声引导穿刺组织病理学检查确诊,术前均行彩色多普勒超声、钼靶X线检查。比较彩色多普勒超声、钼靶X线单一与联合检查对乳腺癌的检出率,比较彩色多普勒超声、钼靶X线对乳腺癌影像学特征的检查情况。结果:联合检查的乳腺癌诊断符合率高于两种方法单一检查,漏诊率、误诊率低于单一检查,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);彩色多普勒超声对腋窝淋巴结肿大、血管征、肿块检出率高于钼靶X线,微小钙化灶检出率低于钼靶X线,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声、钼靶X线对乳腺癌的诊断各有优缺点,联合检查可起到互补作用,提高检出率,减少误诊、漏诊。

Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with molybdenum target X-ray in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Ninety breast cancer patients who were admitted to the Meternal and Child Health Hospital of Sanshui District,Foshan City from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were diagnosed by ultrasound-guided puncture histopathological examination.Color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray were performed before operation.To compare the detection rates of color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray single and combined examinations for breast cancer,and to compare the imaging characteristics of breast cancer with color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray.Results The coincidence rate of breast cancer diagnosis of combined examination was higher than that of single examination of the two methods,and the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were lower than that of single examination.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The detection rate of vascular signs and masses was higher than that of molybdenum target X-ray,and the detection rates swollen axillary lymph nodes,of microcalcifications were lower than those of molybdenum target X-ray.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray have their own advantages and disadvantages in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Combined examination can play a complementary role,improve the detection rate,and reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
