脑卒中患者运动康复疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Exercise Rehabilitation Therapy on Stroke Patients

目的:探究运动康复疗法在脑卒中患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:随机择取2019年1月至2020年3月广州市第一人民医院收治的90例脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者给予常规康复治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予运动康复疗法,比较两组患者临床治疗有效率及治疗前后患者肌力、运动功能和生活能力恢复情况。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的75.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者肌力评分、Fugl–Meyer评定法(FMA)和日常生活能力改良Barthel指数评分量表(MBI)评分较治疗前均明显升高,且观察组患者肌力评分、FMA评分和MBI评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动康复疗法能够提高脑卒中患者临床治疗效果,促进患者肌力的恢复,改善患者运动能力和生活能力,与常规康复疗法比较优势显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of exercise rehabilitation therapy in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients.Methods 90 stroke patients treated in Guangzhou First People's Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation therapy,and the patients in the observation group were given exercise rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The clinical effective rate and the recovery of muscle strength,motor function and living ability before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 75.56%in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of muscle strength,Fugl Meyer rating method(FMA)and modified Barthel index score(MBI)of activities of daily living in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the scores of muscle strength,FMA and MBI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation therapy can improve the clinical treatment effect of stroke patients,promote the recovery of muscle strength,and improve the exercise ability and living ability of patients.It has significant advantages over conventional rehabilitation therapy.
