布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂改善支气管哮喘患者肺功能临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation in Improving Lung Function of Bronchial Asthma

目的:探究布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂用药方法实施在支气管哮喘患者中对改善其肺功能指标的效果。方法:选取岳阳市一人民医院2018年2月至2020年5月收治的74例支气管哮喘患者,选择掷骰子方式分为对照组与观察组,各37例。观察组选择常规治疗加布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂用药方法,对照组选择常规治疗方法,分析两组治疗前后第1秒用力呼气量统计结果、用力肺活量统计结果,比较两组患者治疗满意度、对治疗依从度。结果:治疗前两组患者的第1秒用力呼气量及用力肺活量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的第1秒用力呼气量及用力肺活量均有不同程度上升,且观察组的第1秒用力呼气量及用力肺活量均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗满意度及治疗依从性均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为支气管哮喘患者选择布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂用药方法有助于改善其肺功能。

Objective To explore the effect of budesonide formoterol powder inhalation on the improvement of lung function indicators in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 74 patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to Yueyang First People's Hospital from February 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The observation group chose the general treatment method of budesonide formoterol powder inhalation,and the control group chose the general treatment method.The statistical results of forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the first second before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups,Satisfaction and compliance with treatment of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the first second between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the first second of the two groups increased to varying degrees,and the forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the first second of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The treatment satisfaction and treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing budesonide formoterol powder inhalation medication for patients with bronchial asthma can help improve their lung function indicators.
